DESCRIPTION:Tuesday\, August 31\, 5-8pm click here to see available times\n$25/family (up to 10 people) \nIn the late 1800s\, sea captains from Searsport were sailing around the world delivering goods to Europe\, Asia\, South America\, and many places in between. Often\, wives and children accompanied these captains. What was life like for these small-town families spending years at sea? What was it like for family members who stayed home during some voyages? Discover the stories of Searsport sailing families in this tour. \nOur talented tour guides will lead you around our beautiful campus\, sharing fascinating stories and also allowing you time to visit several exhibits. Tours are $25/family (up to 10 people). Please pre-register.  \nRain or shine. Participants must contact Penobscot Marine Museum before the start time of their scheduled tour for a refund or to reschedule. Email Jeana at jganskop@pmm-maine.org. No-shows will be charged the full rate.
