Visitors move through the building to hear each story. Pre-registration is encouraged\, walk-ins are welcome. Tours begin at 4pm and depart every 10 minutes. An accessible\, seated version of the program will also be offered for those who prefer to remain in one place. In this format\, the ghosts rotate through the room to share their stories.
