Students from Searsport District High School V-Alt program have spent the past two semesters creating an exhibit in the Penobscot Marine Museum’s Merithew House. The exhibit features seven paintings and explores their connection to Maine and the history of the vessel or port portrayed in the painting. Students chose the paintings, conducted extensive research, wrote the information, designed the exhibit, painted the walls, and more! Come celebrate the completion of their exhibit and see their work!
