- cities and towns throughout Maine, New England and Upstate New York
- architecture and interiors
- landscapes and farms
- waterfronts and shipping
- industrial scenes: boatbuilding, logging, quarrying ships and boats
- foreign places and cultures

…and hundreds of other subjects. Can’t find what your looking for? Give us a call or an email!
All prints are made from high-resolution digital scans which are adjusted for contrast and tone. We remove major blemishes and distracting dust and scratches. They are printed individually on heavyweight acid-free paper with archival pigment inks and packaged with a backing board in a protective sleeve. If you prefer your print or digital file to be “as is”, please let us know in advance. We will advise you if the image selected would not hold up well to enlargement.
- has a slightly coarse texture similar to a watercolor paper
- has a slightly warm tone
- most suitable for paintings and older photographs
- has a smooth texture similar to modern photographic papers
- has a bright tone
- most suitable for more contemporary photographs (c. 1930 and later)
Please note: The sizes listed here are approximate and correspond to starting paper size. To preserve the original length and width ratio of an image, finished sizes often won’t match standard frame sizes. Your print may need custom matting and framing.
Prints over 16”x20” will be rolled in a shipping tube. Custom sizes available on request.
Digital Image Files
You can purchase a digital image file to display, print, or license for publication. The dimensions and prices shown in the table below correspond to print dimensions/prices. If you need to know the size of the file you’re purchasing, we can determine this at the time of transaction.
Purchasing a digital file implies the purchaser’s agreement not to duplicate and share the file with others, nor to sell or distribute prints. Reproductions from our museum collections are an important source of revenue which helps sustain our activities here, since PMM is a non-profit organization. Thank you!
