Student Designed Mobile Tour Launch

Penobscot Marine Museum 2 Church Street, Searsport, United States

Searsport District Middle School has a good number of students enrolled in the National Junior Honor Society. NJHS president Max Provencher approached the Museum to devise some projects for his fellow students. Working with curator Cipperly Good, the students have picked their favorite objects on exhibit. The mobile tour of their favorites will feature labels about what intrigued the students about the object and photographs that allow visitors to virtually climb into our boats, spin objects 360 degrees, or open up cabinet doors. Those in the area are welcome to attend the launch and interact with the student designers. Bring your smart phone!
