Come and learn how to build a cardboard boat that floats! Enter your creation in the Cardboard Boat Race at the Belfast Harbor Fest, August 15 - 17. Open to all ages.

Framing Tips And Tricks: From Photo To Finish!

Materials Cost: $30, $20 for members.

Participants will be given a PMM postcard of their choice, and matting and frame materials. Using these preservation framing materials, learn how to mat and frame like the professionals! Using PMM genealogical reference materials, you will learn how to research your own family history. Betsy Paradis is the Reference and Special Collections Librarian at the Belfast Free Library and has taught genealogy courses and presented on the topic at libraries around the state and at genealogy conferences.

Cooking with Sea Veggies

Half Model and Lines Drawing Class

July 27-28; 10am-3pm

Boatbuilder Greg Rossel will teach participants how to make templates from an existing set of plans and build a half model. Day two will show how to take lines from a model and start a second half model. Class materials will include a selection of woods.
